Creamy, silky and amazingly nutritious these cultures are such a beautiful way to end our course. Milk Kefir grains transform milk into a luscious and thick texture brimming with live probiotic goodness.
It can substitute yoghurt, sour cream, cream cheese and even make cultured butter. It’s an incredibly versatile culture that also soothes, heals and nourishes your stomach lining aiding in digestion and decreasing inflammation.
With the same Milk Kefir grains we can transform coconut milk into sweet delicacies, soothing drinks and delicious ice cream. A class not to be missed.
