Emily Mouton is a herbalist, nutritionist and massage therapist with a passion for meditation and movement. She has been in practice since 2006 and brings twenty years of knowledge of supplements, healthy lifestyle and whole food nutrition to her clinical practice.
Driven by her own need to find balance and manage stress Emily began a daily meditation practice twelve years ago and now shares her depth of personal experience with her patients.
Emily specialises in mental health and has useful tools to help you feel calmer during times of crisis. Using a combination of techniques to help calm the nervous system including massage, guided meditation sessions and nutritional support (methylation support and the Mediterranean diet), Emily can help you develop a plan for self-care to help you adapt to your stress, and compliment the work you are doing with your GP and your mental health care team.
