Tuesday 9.15 – 10:45am Move, Breathe, Relax Beginner/General Level (suitable for those with little or no experience to more experienced practitioners)

Wednesday 6 – 7.30pm New and Soft Beginner/Gentle Level (a foundation course suitable for those with no experience and those with conditions or injuries needing a therapeutic approach)

Thursday 9.15 – 10:45am Move, Breathe, Relax Beginner/General Level (suitable for those with little or no experience to more experienced practitioners)

Thursday 6 – 7.30pm Dynamic and Deep General/Intermediate Level (for experienced students wanting a more challenging practice)

Saturday 8 – 9.30am Move, Breathe, Relax Beginner/General Level (suitable for those with little or no experience to more experienced practitioners)

All Courses are run for 4 weeks and need to be booked and prepaid in advance. Classes are $80 for a 4-week term, non-transferable.

Classes are small and personalised with attention to modifications so that the Yoga suits the student. All equipment provided.

Classes emphasise individual needs and incorporate breath and relaxation as well as the postures, to balance and rejuvenate the nervous system, mind and body.
